Winter Mechatronics Workshop in Italy's Motors Valley

What Europ.Education™ Offer Includes

Tours of Motor Companies

The students will visit museums, factories and other facilities of Ferrari, Maserati, Ducati, Dallara and Pagani. It will be a unique opportunity to see different kinds of automation, quality control and manufacturing of some of the world's most famous car and motorcycles makers.

In-Company Workshops

The students will make practical experiences of dynamics, materials, designs, physics and engineering of sportive vehicles.

Toy Car Project-work and Competition

The purpose of this program is to give students the opportunity
to make hands-on experience in small groups of international
participants. Each group will apply automation to toy-size iconic
cars. After projecting and assembling these vehicles, they will
attend a mini competition whose purpose is to put to the test the
work done by each group.

 

Accommodation and Transport

The students can choose between single and double rooms with breakfast. Transfer from/to Bologna airport is included: there will be two bus services (morning and afternoon) on both arrival and departure day. Throughout all visits and workshops the students will be transported by our bus. We do NOT provide any flight service.

Visa Support

The students who need visa will receive documents (hotel voucher, bus confirmation etc.). Ask the Italian visa center in your country for the list of documents and the exact procedure. In the event of visa refusal, we will refund all you paid net of EUR 25 for administrative costs and the tuition fee of On-Line Mechatronics Internship. 

The Final Certificate

The final certificate will be issued by the partnering companies along with Europ.Education™. It will be an asset you can bring to your current university or your future employer.

The Program's Total Fee

The program's total fee amounts to € 975 EUR, which includes:

  • € 55 EUR for Europ.Education™ Cancellation Protection
  • € 920 EUR as the program's fee

The program's fee includes accommodation in shared double room,breakfast, transfer from/to Bologna airport, tickets, workshops, and transportation during the activities. 

Ask our staff if some discount applies... we oftern have some. If you want single room, ask us in advance. The payment frame is as following:

  • if you need visa, you pay € 400 EUR as an enrollment (including anti-COVID insurance), balance two days after visa is released (in any case, at latest three days before departure)
  • if you don't need visa, you pay € 400 EUR at enrollment, balance before 6 January
  • If you pay balance at enrollment, you save 10% : € 880 EUR instead of EUR 975

The COVID-19 Issue

All European and Italian laws will apply to your journey. We strongly encourage you to get a health insurance which covers all COVID-19 health-related risks. 

Europ.Education™ cancellation protection 

By paying a € 55 EUR fee you agree to be refunded all the amount you paid in the event of the program's cancellation for Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) (or any mutation or variation thereof) and / or its outbreak. It includes all kinds of visa refusal (except security), lockdown, quarantine, border blocking, sickness of yourself or your family members etc. It applies only for cancellation before the start of the program. 

This Policy does not cover any claim directly or indirectly arising from, relating to or in any way connected withany  health, physical, mental, economic or social effects of Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) (or any mutation or variation thereof) and / or its outbreak.
